Places and moments of the city through art
In a separate room on the main floor, there are the works donated by the painter Arturo Checchi.
The collection is mainly characterized by works belonging to the first period of the artist’s activity that illustrate moments and places of the Fucecchio's lifestyle. Other original paintings and drawings by Arturo Checchi are exhibited in the Palazzo della Volta, home of the Montanelli Bassi Foundation.
